Clarity provides learning and development consultants to large corporations throughout the United States. We operate in the United Kingdom under the name Clarity Training. We are one of the fastest growing companies within our niche of training & development. Our staff augmentation is initiative driven. Our project-based consulting services are utilized by highly successful companies within the FTSE 100 and Fortune 1000; our client roster includes companies such as BP, Oracle, Morgan Stanley, Intel, McDonald's, Google, Gap, Wal-mart, American Express, and many others.
We are incorporated in the UK (Clarity Training UK Ltd) and are preparing to open our London branch. This position requires a skilled and seasoned professional with a high level of sales acumen and the ability to prospect strategically and to network effectively within corporate training and organizational development departments. If you have a combined sales and operations background you may lead the efforts in establishing our London office. You will provide strategy, and hire and build a team of sales and recruiting staff.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience in sales & account management at staffing solutions providers or training solutions providers catering to the FTSE 100
- Experience in contract negotiations
- Experience in or exposure to recruiting and hiring practices within large corporations within the UK
- Have business acumen and vision to strategize and chart new territories and create business opportunities
- Must be a people person and a team player
- Experience selling training and development solutions and services such as eLearning tools, enterprise learning solutions, LMS or LCMS, or training staffing services is ideal
Location: Although London-based candidates are preferred we are open to reviewing qualified applicants located anywhere in the UK who are willing to be present in the London office as required.
